Question about Insignia NS-DA2G MP3 Player
I bought a brand new Insignia NS-DA2G, but when I went to play music on it, it plays fine for about 40-60 seconds and then has garbled music then after 10-30 seconds of garbled music it goes back to normal only to do the same thing again. I tried reformatting it, updating firmware, making sure the music type is compatible and still nothing has changed. I emailed the company for support since it's still under warranty though, as usual companies take forever to reply to email. So I was wondering if this is a sure fire defective mp3 player or if there's something I might have overlooked to fix the problem, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Return the product and exchange for a new one. It sounds like the decode chip has a problem with it and you won't be able to fix this yourself.
Best Buy will exchange the unit since it's still under warranty. Just go into the store to the service counter, tell them the problem, and they should replace it for you.
