Where is the fuse for the windshield wipers on a 1999 Saturn SL?

It is located on the fuse panel on the Passenger side.
Look for the removable panel that is located below the radio/center bezel on the right side (passenger side). It's not part of the center shifter console, but just forward of it. Remove the panel marked "Fuses"! You will find the Wiper Fuse in this panel along with the fuses for the Radio, Accessory Power Plug/Lighter, Power Door Lock & Window Relays, Fuel Pump Relay, Cruise Control fuse, exc......
Hope this info helps!

Cigarette lighter wont work on my 1998 acura 3.2 tl. Dont see a fuse under the hood

The cigarette lighter works only with the ignition switch in the ACC or ON position. In the under-dash fuse/relay box, you will find the cigarette lighter relay and the 10A RADIO fuse 11. If the fuse is OK, check 15A INTERIOR LIGHT fuse 57 in the underhood fuse/relay box. If OK, check 50A IG SW fuse 36

I was conecting a transverter to my secondary cigaret lighter and i touched the negative and positive together and now it wont work where is the fuse for it on my 04 toyota corolla

You won't necessarily find a fuse for this but check under the dash on the drivers side for a fuse box. Also under the hood but if none of fuses are blown you have lost what is called a fuseable link in the wiring harness and you wont be able to fix that. The way to easily get your lighter socket working is to buy from radio shack a fuse with wire attached and get some extra wire around 14 to 16 guage and a 10 amp fuse and run a new power line from the fuse box under the dash to the lighter socket. Use the same ground that is there. Radio shack also has taps for the fuse box. I just did this on a Ford Escort and it only took 20 min.If this helps please reply and let me know if you need more details good luck

Just died on the road

This could be related to either your fuses (courtesy, headlamp, etc) or possibly a bad alternator. If you get it started, go under the hood and, whilst running, remove the positive battery terminal. If your alternator is good, the truck will stay running. It sounds to me like a short could have caused this problem, I, having had a similar problem would reccomend checking your cigaret lighter and making sure nothing has fallen into the socket. I once found a penny in mine and before I did I was constantly blowing fuses. The Fuse you will want to check first will be your courtesy fuse. should be a 20-25 amp.

Fuses

the fuse for the cigarette lighter is located in the fuse box under the hood. It is a 20 Amp (yellow fuse) in position #32. You can check the lid of the fuse box under the hood for a diagram to show the positions.
