are you still looking for diagrams etc on the raytheon mariner pathfinder? If so what size/power etc of radar are you talking about? I have some parts & diagrams for the old S band and X band 25 kw & 60 kw.

Sounds like a bad speaker. Try plugging in an external one and see if that works if so replace the bad speaker.

Anything Raytheon is going to be tough now since it is no longer supported by Raymarine. You may still be best to start by calling Raymarine's tech dept to see what they say. If no luck, your next best try is probably EbaY.

If you can find the white junction box where the antenna is connected take a volt meter and measure across the red and ground wire, you should have 12 volts. Across the yellow and ground wire you should see 10 to 12 volts it should also vary. This will tell you that all DC voltages and the seatalk voltages are OK. I would next secure power to the antenna, leave it off a couple minutes and then try it again. If these suggestions do not help you may need to replace the 120 GPS. The new RS125 is the replacement for this unit.
