SOURCE: ac/fan stopped cooling/blowing/ i hooked up red & green wires and fan blows. now what?

Just to understand what you are saying; You are hooking a wire between the R terminal & the G terminal on the fan control board and the fan runs. When you turn the fan on by the thermostat is does not.

Assuming that you have 24 volts at the G terminal (or wire) at the air handler/furnace when the fan does not run, I would have to say, based on the information that I have been given, that you have a bad fan control board.

Phillip: According to FamilyHandyman.com: "free up the condenser fan. Coils on the back of a fridge create their own airflow as they heat up. Models with coils underneath have a fan to push air through them. Dust buildup can slow the fan; wads of paper or other trash can stop it altogether."

Fridge not cooling no air from bottom freezer that is working

The fan has to work. The fan makes everything, either cold or cool. The fan blows air into the fridge part, as well, as the freezer. The defrost control is what turns the fan on and off. When in defrost, the fan stops. The compressor stops as well, in most cases. Good luck.

your auxillary fan is not working. this fan is responsible for cooling the freon that is being circulated in your cooling system... check if there are any loose wires in front of the engine bay.

the auxillary fan is located right beside your radiator fan.

My ac in my dodge truck only works when I am driving, but when I come to a stop it will stop blowing?

Stop blowing cool or stop blowing anr air through the vents??? If it stops blowing cool air, check if the condenser fan is running (it should be)( on drivers side under hood, looks like a small radiator) if not take a water hose and deluge the condenser with water, if it then cools, you will need a new condenser fan assembly.

While driving my 2006 torrent the ac works fine but when i come to a stop or idle it blows hot.

the condenser cooling fan(s) are not working. Usually, it will be a fuse, the relay, or a bad fan motor itself. It cools while your car is moving due to ram air flow through the condenser....

Dell inspiron is turning off randomly

Sounds like overheating, daughter had same problem. Don't blow air thro cooling element on the back of the laptop, you'll blow any accumulated dust/fluff back into the fan, which will just blow back into the cooling element when the fan switches on or it'll stop the fan from rotating altogether. First turn it over and take the battery out, then remove the big L shaped cover from the bottom. There's a thick copper conductor leading to the cooling element' GENTLY lift the cooling element clear of the laptop base, using a soft brush remove any dust/fluff from the element. Then using canned air blow from the bottom of the laptop thro the fan to clear any dust/fluff. Once cleaned GENTLY push the cooling element into position and replace L shaped cover, replace battery and away you go. Daughters has been OK for a few weeks now, amazing how much fluff collects in those fans.

Hope this works! Gaz P

AC Fan doesn't blow cold air, frozen coil noticed outside, resetting power resolves temporarily

You need to call a reputable service technician.  The freezing up usually is associated with a low refrigerant charge or low air flow.  Check your return air filter and replace as needed.
