We took it all the way apart and cleaned it really well in the bottom of the dishwasher. Then we put it back together. Then we removed the hose from the disposal and suctioned it with the wet/dry vac to remove any clogs, then put that back together.
Ran dishwasher with Tang in both powder cups to clean it, and it's running fine now.
