the only you can retrieve the deleted message from your phone is to contact your service provider with proved of ownership of the phone and the number which the message was deleted from .
that is you will have to tell the service provider the day the message was deleted from your phone or the date the message was sent to your phone and also the the phone number that sent the message to your phone that is, the name or the address of the sender this service can be on phone or at there office.
