Question about Televison & Video
I would say try to use the up/down channels buttons on your tv, or get a universal remote control at your local radio shack, the issue on most tv's is that if the signal was not strong the first time the tv deletes the channel. If there is a menu button on the tv itself press that then go to your channel setup and scan for channels but make sure your deivce that is on channel 4 is putting out singal or is turned on.
