Check for rust/debris on the nozzles (these are small screws with single hole in them inside of the burner, clean the burner, dissassembly and clean the valves on the grill NOT ON THE BOTTLE!

this should solve the problem, alternatively, if burner was not used for long time, regulator maybe stuck in this position and will need replacement.

I have a 3 kilo loin pork to cook on my weber. How long will it take to cook

First of all get it fairly close to room temperature. Heat the Weber to as hot as it will go. Sear the meat on all sides until you have grill marks. Reduce the temperature to around 200, use a quick-reading thermometer to check the meat until it's up temperature (see your local cookbook for the correct number). When it's within 10 degrees of what you want, stick it in a 170 oven to rest and finish.

I have my Weber Q grill hooked up to a large propane tank rather than the small tube type. It worked fine for a few weeks but now the grill only gets medium hot. Not hot enough to cook anything really. ...

Seems as if your grill is suffering from "Clogged Burner Syndrome". But, don't despair, it's easily solved by removing and thoroughly cleaning the burners or "coil" as you called it. Also, pay particular attention to the venturi valves on the open end of the burner. Spiders like to build nests in them. The venturi valve will look like a slot on the right and left of the burner tube, where it fits over the burner orifice. It's really a good idea to perform this routine maintenance, at the start of each grilling season.

When it comes to gas grills, it's like Benjamin Franklin said, "Cleanliness is next to Godliness."

Hope this helped you solve the problem. Happy Grilling!!

My grill will no longer lights all three rows. I

My Weber is almost as old as yours and I had a similar problem. I removed the grates and cleaned the inside and checked the holes along the sides of the burners. The burners tend to build up cooking residue along the edge a restrict the gas flow. Try an aggreesive cleaning of the interior.

Two burners run too hot with yellow flame.

Hello,
It sound like your back burners have a partial blockage or possibly are rusting or falling apart or have cracked seams. Remove the cooking grids and burner shields, and examine the burners closely. If you can't find a blockage inside (spider web, bugs nest, etc) then their condition is probably deteriorating. Let us know if you need more assistance.

Weber Spirit one month old...went out, changed tank, won't light

The regulator that comes with Weber grills shuts the gas flow off if it detects the slightest leak. Disconnect the tank an reconnect. Check connections with soapy water for any leaks. Another problem, though uncommon for a new grill is a defective regulator. You have a 1 year warrenty on your grill so contact Weber if you continue to have problems.

Rear Burner is hotter than the front burner on my Weber Grill

Since the grill is 15 years old, it is probably time to rebuild it. Replace both burners and anything else that is not working properly

Very weak flame/slow cooking

Check the holes on the burners. There seems to be a yellow residue that collects and blocks the small holes. I use a toothpick every other season to clear them out.
