Question about Dymo LabelWriter 400 Thermal Printer
I was printing stamps one at a time when the machine suddenly fed a number of stamp blanks through and one got caught, upside down apparently, as it stuck to the roller. I tried to get it out and got part, but not all. So, I opened the bottom and the cables came loose from their connections, even though I opened it slowly and carefully. I tried to attach them again, and tried to print from the Dymo 400 turbo. It wouldn't print. To make matters worse, somehow, it seems to have messed up my regular printer as well, as nothing will print from there either. Please help! Thanks.
There some non connected missed cable, check all again. if any wire loosed, is better dont open again send to repair. probably you can do more damage, than repair. it very sensitive to static it can be burned very easy.
