Question about Bryant 462AJC021BA Air Conditioner

The bearings in the fan motor (at top of outdoor unit) are worn

The bearings in the fan motor (at top of outdoor unit) of my Carrier
air conditioner model # 561cj024-C are worn and very loud. If I were to order the blade for the unit online, does the cost they indicate to purchase the "blade" include the motor that drives the blade as well? Parts pictures are generally not available and I cannot find a schematic for this model on line. Also, is online the best way to purchase the parts.

Gotta say no to all of your questions.
The blade is a seperate part from the motor itself. If the blade is still good it can be put on the new motor. Best to use the same fan blade because they'll all pitched differently according to the amps it draws with the motor it's attached to. You could go to an HVAC supply house and get the exact replacement or W.W. Grainger is usually pretty good. If you don't have an outlet near you, they have an on line ordering site too.
p.s. be sure the motor is turning the correct direction.

Carrier air conditioner isn't cooling the house. It is blowing air, but it doesn't seem to be cool air.

Check the outdoor unit to see if it is discharging hot air out of the top ofd the unit, check the insulated suction line to make sure it is cold or sweating. Try to listen to the outdoor fan and the compressor to make sure they are both operating

What is the part number for the outdoor fan motor?

as old as this unit is you probably cannot read the label on the motor it is either a 1/4 or 1/3 horse power 230 volt motor. a generic motor will work fine, use a 1/3 to be sure. also replace the capacitor so it matches the new motor. if you can read the label the part number is on it, should be an HK # with about 7 more digits
