A liknk to an IPL (Husqvarna 2004 137/137e) follows; may not be your saw:
http://weborder.husqvarna.com/order_static/doc/usa/2004/I04000/I0401903.pdf
Page 4 item 29 is an illustration.

Insert a blunted, hooked piece of wire through the fuel filler hole and gently pull the hose out. The filter should be on the free end of the hose.

All Husqvarna IPLs can be found here:
HusqvarnaUSA.com
http://www.husqvarna.com/us/homeowner/support/download-manuals/
Enter the 3 digit model number (no XPs, Es, just the numbers)
Serial number decode – useful when downloading IPLs and Manuals
06 1500198
06 = year produced – 2006 (single digit before 2000; please contact Husqvarna for single digit clarification http://www.husqvarna.com/us/homeowner/support/customer-support/)
15 = week produced – March
00198 = 198th unit Husky produced that week

Fuel mixture for a Husqyarna E-series 137, mod/137802010

The mixture should be 50-1 with Husqvarna rwo stroke oil, it is recommended that you use a mixture of 25-1 with other brands of two stroke oil, this is because they do not know the quaility of other brands, always try to find genuine Husqvarna oil.

The chain brake on my little 137 husqvarna saw is broken. The metal strip is snapped . Do I need to buy a complete new brake assembly or can I get only the metal strip and fit it into the perfectly good...

You ask a 2 part question, I start with brake band repair/replacement.
A link to a 2004 Husqvarna 137/137E IPL (exploded parts list) follows (may not be your saw):
http://weborder.husqvarna.com/order_static/doc/usa/2004/I04000/I0401903.pdf
See the Chain Brake illustration, item 13 for the band. Item 14 (see Bailey's description. Your local Husky dealer will save shipping fees and is likely about the same price.) is a complete clutch cover $22

How do you start a husqvarna 137 e series chain saw

Hello Sally;
A link to an OM for a Husqvarna 2005 137 (no e listed, the procedure is the same) can be found here:
http://weborder.husqvarna.com/order_static/doc/HOUS/HOUS2005/HOUS2005_O0501001.pdf
The start procedure begins on page 9.
The part that says once it attempts to start open the choke is often overlooked and they flood.
This is the only 137 listed, normally there are many to choose from. If you need additional help Husqvarna can be contacted here:
http://www.husqvarna.com/us/homeowner/support/customer-support/)

How to assemble the chain brake on a Husqvarna 137 chainsaw

A link to a Husqvarna "IPL, 137/ 137 e, (revised 2008-04) 2006-12, Chain Saw" follows (may not be your saw):
http://weborder.husqvarna.com/order_static/doc/usa/2006/I06000/I0601906.pdf
Page 1 displays the chain brake in good detail. The hand guard must be rotated aft to latch the brake band in the expanded position or it will not be possible to reinstall the cover. It requires a fair amount of force to latch and a vise (use wooden blocks on cover flats to protect the finish) or a large C-clamp to a work surface will probably be required.

HusqvarnaUSA.com (if the above is not your saw, IPL displays parts)

Husqvarna 137 Chain won't stop when idleing. I turned the T screw down just enough to keep it running chain keeps on going. Could it be the clutch?

your carburator is gummed up. Get some carb. cleaner additive for your fuel, run a couple of tanks of treated fuel through the saw and it will be ok.
