Put a charger on the battery overnight first, yours is a little low. Put the charger on a trickle charge, about 2 amps. A fully charged battery should be at least 13.5 up to 1.2v. It could be that there is enough power to turn it over but not provide power for spark.
If this works, then you need to get your charging system looked at to see why it's not keeping the battery fully charged. The battery may be weak which will show up in a "load test". Your alternator may be starting to wear out or the belt could be stretching and starting to slip or you may have something staying on, when the truck is turned off, that is drawing power. It could also be that the starter is drawing more power because it is starting to wear as well.
