York chiller YDAJ model chiller compressor trips in low oil pressure after running for sometime. To solve it i changed the oil & the oil transducer but still tripping what can i do

You could be light on charge or the oil pump is failing. There may be a delay setting that is set incorrectly. I see that with several 507 systems.

I need information ary model chiller fault, low water temperature

Hi,your question is not very clear though.
1Try to check the chilled water sensor(transducer for appropriate resistive values).
2.Check that chilled water is circulating at the correct pressure

Error code F1

What is the model number?
The F1 fault code on this washer indicates that the water level pressure transducer signal is out of range. This can be caused by the pressure transducer air hose tubing being pinched or crimped. It can also be caused by a failed pressure transducer on the machine control board.

My vehicle's a/c compressor will not kick on, so there is not any cold air. when a current is applied directly to the compressor, it kicks on nice cold air. There is something preventing the current...

the vehicle is equipped with a pressure transducer. the pressure transducer relays info to the ECM to turn the compressor on, the cooling fans on by letting the ECM know how much pressure is in the lines. the problem is it can go bad and show high pressure (over 4 volts) to the ECM and not allow the a/c to work.

York 3phase compressor tripping on low currant microprocessor.

If the unit is single phasing this is not good for the compressor. Does the system have a phase monitor? If not I would suggest you put one in to save thousands of dollars on the replacement of the compressor. How is the oil level? I ask because this are not to run themselves out of oil.

High presure rest on robinair 34788

It's seems to be problem with your unit relay board, vacuum pump or pressure transducer. Most of Robinair 34788 machine having same problem. You can try the following 1# Open vacuum pump oil filling cap to release extra pressure from pump.2# Replace new relay board & follow the on screen message(do not skip any option).3# Check pressure transducer is working properly.I hope this will help you.

York screw chiller R-22

hi! there;
there are several causes we can consider in tripping of unit on auxillary sensor.the sensor device was designed to cut off source at specific limit of time or load.the over load sensor device was equipted to the main source specially on cmpressor of chiller to protect of burning the motor.
common causes of tripping off unit
1.high current on supply source.you can check this on one common line of compressor.using clamp ammeter.what ever reading you got when unit is running, compare this on rated current on manuals if high ampere was registered.ther is an overload supply the over load sensor will activate and cut off your unit.
a. source of overload is due to obstruction on refrigeration system, filter dryer are clogged,excessi9ve oil on high side.
b. themostat not cycles on,due to poor condensing fan, dirty condenser fin tube,or condeser insufficient cooling effect.
c. bearing, lubrication are not maintained usually on compressor on open type unit,

2. electrical wire and electronic control board short circuited.
a.sometime relay malfunction on cantactor w/c the supply souce intermittent either on one line supplying compressor, the compressor will suffer,it will just hum and trip off,

b.busted capacitor will trip off your unit, due to in the absence of starting motor.
this are common ways unit trip off, so regards and have a nice day,and one thing more don't forget to rate me, thank's
