Please elaborate the problem providing us with more details like the type of CD which you want to play on your computer (Music CD, video CD, photos, etc.)
Also, let us know the operating system of your computer (windows XP, Vista, others)
Usually, to play a CD, one has to insert the CD in the CD drive of the computer and a pop-up menu opens asking you to select the program to open the CD. If the content of the CD is music or video files, it can be viewed using Windows Media Player.
