You just have to keep getting wrong until it tells you that its the last try and then the phone will reset. But that will erase all your information. Hope that helps.

You can use your PUK code to unlock blackberry bold 9700 keypad, just type any password until your phone asking you to enter puk code. PUK code can you found from your sim card bundle if you don't have it just call your service provider, they will give it to you. After you put that puk code your blackberry unlocked from old password and you can setup new password for your phone.
