Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

I would send it to protechrobotics. they will test all your components and let you know what needs to be done. if the repair is more than it's worth--they will help you out too.

SOURCE: hi! I have a problem
You have tried re-setting it, Right?
What happened when you did?
Note: This problem ended up under Vacuum cleaners-
You might want to try re-listing it again-- under Electronics?-

Take the batteries out of both units. Wait about 5 minutes. Put the batteries in the clock and then put the ones in the remote sensor. You have to do this within 3 minutes. That should reset everything.
