Question about Microsoft Windows? Vista Home Premium Edition Upgrade Version for PC (1 Computers) (66I-00021)
You most likely already have a virus blocking some ports try to run a scan in Safe Mode..............hit F8 key about every second when the computer starts to boot up choose SAFE MODE and hit Enter wait for screen to appear log on as Administrator and see if you can do a system restore to a date that you know the computer worked or
go to a working computer and download avira, avast or avg from download.com
do the F8 thing again and this time choose Safe Mode with Networking try to install and update run scan in safe mode after update unplug or otherwise disable internet access while you are scanning...after update.....
you may want to try malwarebytes, spybot s&d, also on download .com
