Question about Tomtom ONE GPS Receiver
The quickest way is to factory reset the unit by pressing the small recessed rubber black / red button on the rear of the unit or by using the management software app TomTom Home on your PC.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Go into 'Where To', 'Favorites', 'HOME', 'Edit...', 'Delete'. Then from the main map screen you can tap the screen and 'Save' the location as your new home. You can't save a 'Home' location if there's already one called that in memory, so you have to delete the old one first.
(I have a 680, but I assume it's the same)
