Its just the problem of transmission no need to worry it sometimes is the problem of your network or the senders network! when the msg it long and is made up of many parts some parts get sent and some gets stuck in busy network! so u get some msgs half or some in two three parts!! no need to worry enjoy!!

Phone tells me text memory is full but I have deleted all text messsages but still get the message

First make sure ALL text msgs are deleted-incoming and outgoing. Then reboot(refresh) your phone by turning it off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. If this doesnt work, try removing the battery for 30 seconds, replace your battery and try again. This should solve your problem. If not, contact your phone servive provider and explain the problem to them.

Text message buffer claiming it is full

Firstly remove all msgs from the phone memory and secondly configure it not to keep sent msgs in the phone memory. You are hurting yourself from both angles. Undo both.and you will have plenty of space everywhere.
