How do I fix loud humming noise in my DLP HLP4663W 42 IN Samsung TV?

I would start by checking all the cooling fans to see if one is dirty or possibly failing.

Noise probably from fan

Amost certainly a failing bearing on a fan motor, or, if you are really unlucky, the colour wheel drive motor. Most probable is a fan fault. The only real way to isolate it is to test each fan in turn until the faulty one is found. If you are lucky, the faulty fan may feel stiff or rough when you rotate the blades gently by hand. If it's not a faulty fan, you are in for a rather expensive repair....

The bearing cannot be repaired - the faulty fan must be replaced

Fan makes a loud noise i tap on the top then it goes away . Or if I blow in to the vents it goes away then comes back later? let me know

Sounds like filter is clogged or dirty. Take a vac cleaner to the vents. If that doesn't cure it, then disassemble and clean thoroughly.

Viewsonic Projector PJ506D not working

proable solution the cooling fan is giving problems. the whistling sound most likely is fan rubbing on a wire??? The unit gets over heated and turns off for protection. Good luck

High pitch noise from the projector and is not from the fans

it's the colorwheel. if you have an infocus x1a, it is a dlp projector and has a colorwheel and dmd chip instead of 3 lcd panels. the colorwheel spins to allow the lamp to stike. it should make a slight high-pitched squeal. if it's too loud, the motor is shot and needs replacing.

Optoma ep716 continuous loud vibration noise when turned on.

the fan motor could be failing. turn it on with the top off. if one of the fans is moving slower, that'd be the one. since this is a dlp projector, the colorwheel motor berings might be on their way out as well. both need replacement.
