Question about Canon PIXMA MP520 InkJet Printer
This is a common problem it might be that your computer has not recognized that there is something new to install
1. go to your control panel on your start menu
2.then go to add remove hardware
3.click on the program that you want to remove
4. uninstall it and follow the directions on the screen very carefully
5.then put your cd back in and let it run and then follow every thing exactly as it says
