Usually about 90PSI will work well. anything more and you might have problems. It generally states this on the magazine.

Sometimes fires 2 nails at once not all the way in and sometimes dosen`t shoot a nail in at all. I only use Bostitch nails

you would need to check the driver/piston for problems and make sure that you are using the right guage nails. Let me know what you find and I will try and help further.

Brand new brad nailer shoots 2 nails and then it blows air

first make sure that you are using the right guage nails and if so I would return it to the place of purchase for replacement., the blowing of air could indicate a jammed nail in the track, look for that first and make sure the driver is retracting fully.

Nails won't shoot

18 guage nailer has a very thin driver and plastic cylinder which bends or breaks easily. Remove the head noting all the parts in the head and remove the piston which should be at the top of the cylinder. Check for broken or bent shaft. Most likely broken and jammed in cylinder. Parts are not expensive. Check WWW.toolpartsdirect.com for diagram and parts
