Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: I have a Stamina 4700R
This is the main SITE for your unit, yet it appears to be an older unit, you can browse thru and maybe you'll find something similar to what you have and use that manual instead of the one you have. It probably won't be very much different from yours. As for parts, there are links on the page to find what you need.
Hope this is of help, Please rate and comment, Thank You

SOURCE: I can not release the
Hello Bhlamaina,
I understand that you are having a problem releasing the tension on your Stamina r360s bike. The controls to increase and decrease the tension are on the handles ends on the left and right side of your seat. The left side releases the tension and the right side increases the tension.
The tension is controlled by an electromagnet. The unit must be powered in order to increase or decrease the tension. If the unit is powered and will not increase or decrease the tension you can first replace the two switches, if this is not the problem you may need to replace the magnet control.
You can order parts for your unit from the follow website http://www2.staminaproducts.com/services/services.cfm?service=parts
Here is a link to the owners manual on your bike as well just incase you need it

Thank you for choosing FIxYa.com
