    Hello,

I suggest you check the user manual as regards that, but you can follow this, power off the game and power on, while the game i loading, pull out the plug from the AC outlet and wait for a while before plugging it back and power on.

    Take care.

Replaced batteries, outsid temp. does not display

Base Station Battery Installation
·Remove the printed vinyl label from the LCD screen of the base station
·Position the remote sensor near the base station
·Open the battery compartment at the back of the base station and insert (2) AA batteries according to the polarity markings. Replace the battery compartment cover.
·Within a short time the RF signal icon (located to the left of the outdoor temperature channel indicator) will start flashing. This indicates that the base station is ready to pick up the RF outdoor temperature signal from the remote sensor. It will continue to flash for 3 minutes or until the signal from the remote sensor is detected.

Register the Remote Sensor
·Open the battery compartment at the back of the remote sensor and slide the channel selector switch to your desired channel. For the first remote you may select any channel, for additional remotes select any unused channel
·Insert (2) AAA batteries according to the polarity markings. Be sure to install the batteries in the remote within the time that the RF signal icon is flashing on the base station.

Acer aspire 1 display not showing when external monitor hooked up. Starts and then says no signal

You may have to activate the external display port. On some laptops they use on of the Fn key combinations (look for the blue icons on the F1-F12 keys) Find one that looks like a monitor screen. Press and hold the Fn button and then press the blue icon key and see what happens. If something undesirable occurs, press the same key combination a second time to return to previous state.

Why won't it connect to my computer?

As long as you have service and the jetpack is turned on it is transmitting a wifi signal. On the bottom right hand side of your computer screen is an internet icon--look where your time display is and this icon is just before the time. Click this internet icon and it should recognize the Jetpack signal. If it does, it will say "connections are available" right click on that and it will show available connections including the jetpack. Right click on the identified jetpack signal and then click on "connect" and enter the security key and now you should have full internet access. If, when you click on the internet icon, it does not say "connections available", then click on "troubleshoot" and let the device tell you what the issue is preventing connection.

I have an L32HD31 TV and just recently the screen started to display these fine horizontal lines that cover 3/4 of the bottom half of the screen. Was wondering if there was a fix for this and what could be...

Check all your input cables. If RF coax, make sure they are just beyond hand tight. If RCA, twist each a few times to burnish (clean) connections. This is especially true if you are doing Component viodeo (Red, Green & Blue).

Symbol 9090-G barcode guns loosing wifi signal.

Hi,

I have seen this many many times.

Your problem lies with this statement:-

"I can even see every one of the AP's on the gun anywhere in the plant."

In simplest terms - you basically have too much RF signal. If you have 2 AP's on the same channel and they can see each this will cause problems.

You need to tweak your wireless network regarding power settings and channels. It’s a lengthy and laborious task. Start by getting a site plan, noting all the AP locations, channels and power outputs. Then look for ones that clash and amend. There are a few tricks and tips to use, but it’s basically keep adjusting until at any particular location the hand held can not see any AP's that clash. For a very large site it can take a few days to keep tweaking settings.

Hope this helps.

I have a panasonic DLP rear projection t.v. There are bright colored spots on the screen. the screen has ghostimages and vertical lines.

Ghosting is usually caused by RF interference.

I would troubleshoot the video source rather than the projection TV.

The first thing to check with interference is the tightness of all connections. If your signal is transmitted via a coaxial cable, (which I'll assume because ghosting is common with coax) use a wrench to thread each connector tighter. Not too tight, of course, just a little more than what you could do with your fingers. Check the image.

If ghosting still apears, check the connectors themselves. At any point can you easily pull the cable out of a connector? Does the cable look like a good quality cable? If the cable itself is thinner than a standard pencil, the answer is no. A lot of manufacturers turn out crappy thin coax cables that cause many, many problems.

If you're pretty certain the interference is not attributed to bad wiring, consider the environment where you watch the TV. Are there devices within range that might cause RF interference? A CB radio? cordless phone? cordless microphone? microwave oven? wireless router? If so, these devices might be resonating with the video signal, causing the unwanted equivalent of a delay in an audio signal. Try unplugging these devices one at a time and observe what difference, if any, they make on your reception.

Report back if these tips are not fixing your problem.

Can't get online with laptop

i assume that you're connecting your laptop wirelessly. if so, check if the laptop is connected to the wireless signal of the router. there would be a wireless icon that can be usually found at the bottom right hand corner of the screen (if you are using windows but if your laptop is a mac, look for the airport icon) that'll detect the available wireless signals. make sure to connect to your own network and enter your correct wireless security (network key) if you have enabled it.
hope this'll help you but in case if not, just provide the exact model of your router, the model of the laptop, your operating system and the model of the wireless card.

Humm coming from speakers - can't get cable to work

The RF input is the correct one for a cable signal. The other sources use the RCA and other ports which you can connect to other devices, like DVD or VCR players.

If the humm noise only happens when you're on the TV channel then it's likely just the station. Try changing the channel and see if that helps, and make sure the coax is screwed in all the way. Also make sure the other end, if connected to a VCR or other stuff, is tightly attached. If you share cable with many other people and the signal has snow (white spots on the TV), then you may need to buy an RF signal amplifier to reduce the noise.

Source changes the input (RCA versus coaxial versus component inputs), change the channel for different channels..

Not connecting to satellite

open up your unit, careful when opening as the RF cable will be tight in between the boards. make sure there is nothing banging around in the unit.. (shake it and listen).. if yes then investigate and report back. if no, then make sure all the cables you can see are tight. especially concentrate on the RF cable.. long cable.. either black/carbon fiber or grey cable. One more place to check is your antenna, (which you'll have to take off before you open up your unit, so do this first) yea jut make sure the antenna is on the unit tightly. Also try resetting user data. + and repeat button at user menu, then select reset GPS data. -Daniel
