Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: i have a Aiptek

insert the sd card ..than look in the menu for the storage feature..and in there choose the sd card instead of the internal memory ...after that under the memory card options..choose to format it ..so that it will be ready for use..This actions will make the camera store the pictures and the videos in the card ..and the formatting will make the proper folders for it ..after that either download using the driver and cable ..or just insert the card into a card reader and copy the pictures into computer when needed..
remember you have to get into the storage feature..and choose the card as a main storage for the camera ..and only after that will be visible in the camera and will store the footage on it ..

Intova internal memory photos

Hello,
The internal memory for Sport HD II is not meant for storing and downloading images/videos. It is used for the cameras operating software. Unfortunately there is no function in the camera to download images stored in the internal memory. However, you can delete these files by going to the view images screen by pressing the OK button in either video or photo mode and then pressing the menu button and following the prompts. As stated in our user manual, Sport HD II must be used with a properly installed micro SD card up to 32GB size maximum and class 6 or 10 speed required. If you need further assistance, please contact Intova directly by phone, (808) 837-0074 or email shallyn@intova.net
Thank you,
Intova

I bought a AIPTEK P-HD+ camcorder for my daughter on Christmas. She was using it for only 1 minute and it's full. Do I need to buy a SD card to be able to record?

Yes, you need to purchase a memory card. Most cameras, like yours, which do come with an internal memory don't come with a suitable amount of memory to replace the capacity of a memory card.

A-HD 720 P CAMCORDER MEMORY FULL 18 SECONDS THAT IT

I had same problem. The camera was defective. I had to ship it back to Aiptek for repair. It was only using internal memory, and not recognizing the SD card.

the problem Probably is that the memory card isn't the right kind, so it just records to the "Built in memory". The only way to fix this is to format the Memory card

Will not recognize 16 GB SDHC Card - Help Please

I had a literally terrifying experience with Aiptek customer service.

I called up Aiptek to ask if it was possible to get my memory cards working. I have two 4GB SDHC PNY cards, which th ekid at target reccomended after loking at the back of the box.

I was told by aiptek tech support that PNY cards will not work in the A-HD camera.

When I mentioned that the box says it will take cards up to 32GB, and asked him if this was not false advertising. The representative became irate and started insulting me, using valgure language, and calling me a liar.

At this point I had enough of his abuse and yelled at him F.U!

What happened next is Truly Absurd and Outrageous!

The man behind the telephone at Aiptek told me he was going to send 5 guys to my house to assult me and my fammily!
THIS IS NO JOKE!

Aiptek IS DV2

Seems like its time to flush the contents of the memory card of camcorder to a computer.
There's a limited amount of memory in every memory card. After constant recording, the memory  gets full and the recorded stuff needs to be either deleted or flushed (uploaded to a computer) to make room for newly recorded stuff.

Unless you have a blank memory card, your problem should be solved by the above mentioned idea.
