Simply call a local garage door service center and take your keypad into them and they will be happy to show you how you can do it. It usually involves having to push a button up on the back of the garage door closing unit so the device can pick up what is a "rolling code" instruction and the unit will work just fine for you. Just remove it and be sure to know the model number of the opener too before you go.

...Actually it probably says error code 020000...flash test. Other error codes: 6 digits in codes: left to right digits; 1- Battery Test 0= Pass; 1= Fail ( batteries have to be good and in place even if using power supply (100000) 2=Flash Test/ Flash Charging 0=Pass; 1= Fail (020000) 3= IR Sensor Test 0= Pass; 3= Fail (003000) 4= Camera Mod Test 0= Pass; 4= Fail (000400) 5= Memory Test 0= Memory o.k. or no sd card; (000000) 5= Memory Full (000050) 6= SD card locked (000060) 7= SD card damaged (000070) 8= Comms Error (000080) 6= Clock Test 0= Pass; 9= Fail (000009) ALL SYSTEMS OK= 000000, GOOD
WHEN PERFORMING THESE TESTS, FOR THE FLASH TO TEST OK YOU HAVE TO COVER LIGHT SENSORS small glass items each side of lens.If you still have error, install good batteries, power on, drop batteries out, turn unit off, reinstall batteries and turn on again....if all this, you still have error, you probably have bad flash unit.
this can't be an error code; error codes are in the format of 000000...100000=bat.test(0=pass;1=failed);020000=flash test/charging(0=pass;2=fail);003000=IR Sensor Test(0=pass;3=fail);000400=Camera Mod Test(0=pass;4-fail);000050=Memory Test.In this digit there are several codes...(0=memory ok/no sd card;5=memory full;6=SDcard locked;7=SDcard damaged;8= comms error)last digit,000006=Clock Test(0=pass;9=fail). Are you sure this # is not preceeded by an "E", WOULD BE # OF EVENTS SINCE THEY WERE LAST CLEARED. Ron L.
Moultrie told me they could not fix the camera. I removed the Lexar 512 SD card and re-ran the test. The test passed and the camera worked. I replaced the Lexar SD card with a Cannon SD card and reran the test. The test passed and the camera works. I put the Lexar SD card and got a 00400 error message. Change SD cards. It fixed the problem for me.
