Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Since you didn't mention the description of your problem, i'll assume it as follow it as print commands loss. This happens when temporary folder is full, drivers outdated, memory problem, registry problem, virus problem, etc..
Let's get started from the temporary files cleaning process. First of all, remove all the cartridges, turn off the printer, unplug the usb cable, power cord, ethernet cable (if any). Leave it for few minutes, while you clean the contact points on the cartridges and on the printer. You can use a small ball of cotton dipped in alcohol/spirit/acetone. Never touch the print heads on the cartridges, you may damage it and it can't be repaired.
Now reconnect the power cord and switch on the machine (don't install the cartridges or don't connect the usb or ethernet cable), keep pressing the power button several times while it boots up. Again leave it On for few minutes. In the meantime, run a "disk cleanup" utility on your system. Alternatively you can use CCleaner (click here to download) -open the link, click "download Now" button, wait for 20 seconds and again click "download file now" link.
[Remove the move important files from the Internet Explorer download folder before you clean this problem, otherwise you loose all the saved files in that folder.]
Also run the Registry cleaner using the feature that comes with Ccleaner program.
After this, restart and also turn off the printer. After the computer is On, reconnect the cables like usb and ethernet, Switch on the Printer again, and install the cartridges. Give a print command and see the changes, if it's ok, then no need to update the drivers, it'll be ok, but you need to regularly clean the temporary files. [if you have problem cleaning, let me know.]
If this don't help, then download the latest drivers for your printer from the hp official website.
(click here to download the drivers) open the link, select your operating system type and follow the onscreen instructions.
If there's no internal problem with the printer, these will definitely fix your problem.
I wish you good luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.

Hi. Try to reinstall the driver first of your printer then do a print test page. If you are getting trouble along the installation come back here and provide he error message so that i can give you a correct troubleshooting fro that. Once installation is done, check in control panel and then click printer then see if your computer was able to detect the printer.
