If it is not working now, you may like to bring the laptop to the reseller or the manufacturer if it is under warranty. LAN port on your laptop Ethernet card is a little hard to fix. If you like DIY, you can unpack your laptop (by unscrew it all and disconnect ribbons and plugs just like the manual or youtube video said, pay attention to the rubber stands which may cover some screws and the little clips you can press to pop up the keyboard or the edge) and see whether ther Ethernet card is not integrated to the mother board so you can replace it with an identical one (ebay, staple, local computer store, etc.).

My printer have a problems in lan and usb card has damage

hi,

if the lan port is damage and the usb port is damaged, there no way to use it to connect unless the lan port is on a slide in card and the same for the usb port,

You may be able to buy a card with will replace the damaged one, I have seen similar items on ebay.

Regards
GeWiz.

Siements 5890 router

When you say HQ is that outside on the wan port trying to ping the Lan port?
Sometimes the router itself will respond to a ping but will not pass ping requests thru as the internal firewall can never be fully shutoff unless you are running your cisco switch as a DMZ
also are you connecting your other pc's to the cisco or to the 5890.
Instead of shutting off the firewall completely try enabling bridge mode and give your cisco the outside IP addy.

First of all, you said "routers", do you mean yo have more than one?
Your router has one "external" or "internet" port, and one or more "internal" or "network" or "LAN" ports. If you have wireless it is "internal" too.
Your Internet modem should connect to the "external" port only.
The computers and other home devices go to the internal LAN ports. If you have a separate hub/switch they are connected to, the switch itself should connect to the "internal"
If it doesn't run by default you'll have to follow the Quickstart instructions given with your router.
Note: if you have wireless, you SHOULD setup your router as per instructions, because by default anyone close to your router can connect to it.
