Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Try holding down the STOP or FF>> button on the player to reset the unit while the power is on.
Turn the unit ON and press the Forward button for #0 seconds.
Then try to eject the tray.
If this reset procedure does not help then try this procedure as follows:--
1) Turn the power off.
2) As soon as the power gets off immediately press the eject button.
3) Then turn the power ON.Keep the eject button still pressed.dont release it.
4) After the power turns on.Release the eject button and press the forward button for 30 seconds.
If that is also not helping then try this procedure.
1) Unplug the main wire of the blue ray from electric power outlet.
2) THEN with it unplugged hold in the on/off button (on the device) for 30 sec. THEN plug back in.
and then turn the unit on and check out.
------------- if still the same problem then the unit needs to be opened and tray lock should be released manually. Its not very difficult to open the unit.its only fitted with few screws and few hidden clips.you require a screw driver for screws and very thin/strong knife for hidden clips. Take care you just carefully release the tray lock internally but done move the alignment of any part. Its bit difficult to realign. So be slow and careful. Thanks. keep updated for any more query.you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.
