When I try to download a PDF this message appears There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/reader. If it is running, exit and try again. (1041:1014)

Sounds like there is some corruption either in the file you are trying to load, or in the adobe reader application. Just click here and scroll down the page and click to download the new free reader. should solve your problem.

If updating the reader does not work, then I would suspect the pdf file you are trying to load is corrupt.

I open internet explorer and for some reason my page is like micro small and any other page I go to is the same way. Help please!

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or 8, look in the lower right corner. You should see a magnifying glass with a cross in it, a % of some value, and a down arror.

Click the down arrow and choose a higher percentage size, as I suspect you are not set for 100%.

When you have it set to 100%, then do a clean exit from IE, by clicking on File, then Exit.

When you restart IE, it should stay set for 100%. That should make it better.

Unable to exit powerpoint presentation in office 2007. suspect that powerpoint.exe may be corrupted. continues in a loop

try and press control alt and delete at same time. This should pull up a window and click on task manager and the task manager will pop up. You will then need to highlight powerpoint file and click end task. This may be your only option to exit the screen. You may also want to press escape and see if that will work at all.

Printing

Dear jamin4volks;

As per this excerpt from the Oki B4350 User manual:

"FACE UP AND FACE DOWN PRINTING
For face down printing, make sure the rear paper exit tray is closed (the paper exits from the top of the printer). The paper exit bin on the top of the printer stacks printed pages face down, capacity 150 sheets of 20 lb. paper. Pages printed in reading order (page 1 first) will be sorted in reading order (last page on top, facing down).

For face up printing, make sure the face up rear paper exit tray is open and the paper guide is extended if required. In this condition, paper will exit via this path, regardless of driver settings. Paper is stacked in reverse order, capacity 50 sheets of 20 lb. paper.

Always use this tray and the manual feed tray for heavyweight stocks to reduce the possibility of paper jams."

This manual is available at http://my.okidata.com/mandown.nsf/(MOC-B4350)/BE70FCAF93D577E285256E89005052F9?OpenDocument

Hope this helps;

Frank
