You likely have a hardware issue.
If your computer is still under warranty then call Dell and a technician perform an on-site repair, or send you the part in the mail. The scroll pad and left/right click buttons are the same unit, and they should send you that as a replacement part along with instructions on how to install the replacement hardware.
If your computer is not under warranty you can find a replacement for this hardware online cheaper than through Dell, just scour google.

I burned a cd on my dell inspiron 1525 and tryed to play it in my streo but nothing help please

If it didn't work you might not have used the correct program to burn the CD. I recommend using Windows Media Player. This is already installed on your Notebook. Open the program, at the top you will see Library, now playing, rip, burn, sync. Click on burn. Now you will see a separator on the right side of the screen that has a picture of a CD and says to drag items to the list. Left click on the song you want on the CD, hold in the left click and drag over to the column then release the button. Do this with each song you want on the CD and click on the Start Burn button at the bottom of the list you created.

My dell inspiron 1525 will just lock up when I click on any links online. I cannot "x" out of the page, it does nothing. I have to log off everytime and connect online again...?

THis could be related to the speed of your connection. If the site you want to visit is a "heavy" site, (that is, heavy on kbs) The connection will time out and nothing will happen, if your connecction is not fast enough.

1525 Right Touchpad Button Problem

It sounds like the switch on the button has failed.

Go to control panel, mouse and make sure the right click hasn't been disabled if no change, replace the palmrest.

The touchpad is part of the palmrest assembly and the entire palmrest will need to be replaced They are available on EBay for around $25
