Hello air pro AC,
You said, In the microwave mode - immediate clicking noise at start up. Oven, Convect modes work
Oh there are many things to check here.
1.look at the wheel base turning the plate that rotates your food for crumbs or sticking pieces of food.
2.check that the wheels are not worn down.
3.There can be a problem in the bearing, or linkage, or motor that spins the plate!
Do you get a error code?
How old is it ?
Waiting your response!

There is no provision made for adjustment of springs,
I'm afraid the only solution is to replace both door springs.
Trust this helps solve your priblem.

SOURCE: when trying to use microwave
The loud buzzing sound is due to a faulty magnetron. Please check part#33 in the diagram---
Before disassembling the microwave please unplug it for one hour to let the current drain. Use a metal screwdriver and touch the both terminals of the voltage capacitor to drain current from the capacitor. You can check the magnetron resistance using multimeter, resistance between filament to chassis should be infinite (will show OL on multimeter, on Rx1000 scale) and filament terminal resistance should be less than 1 ohm (on Rx1 scale). Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

SOURCE: How do I replace the
Welcome to FixYa.
WOW ! An oldie but a goodie. This is when Thermador made the best ovens money could buy, in my opinion.
To replace the roller will require pulling the oven from the wall, likely obvious by now. Since you've indicated you do have the part I'll assume you are confident this is what is worn...these are pretty simple devices with many components is the best way to describe them.
Have a look at this illustration below and see if this will help identify how you may change them and then I can explain what to do without having to describe from afar what goes where and confuse terminology.
I also have a complete folder of your model in a "pdf" if you'd like it. I'd need an email address to send it to though so you'd need to post it here.
I'll watch for your reply and then we can proceed if you need further assistance. Thank you for choosing FixYa and good luck going forward.

Never use Self-Cleaning!!! It will fry components, melt connectors, and burn wires. If you have violated this rule and an oven no longer works, it is probably not a bad element if neither the bake nor the broil work. It is likely the high heat cut out breaker.
On a Thermador CT 227 double oven, there is a panel on the right side (facing the unit) that is about 3 inches wide and runs from top to bottom held in place by about 6 or 8 screws. Turn off the power, slide the unit out of the kitchen cabinet, remove the sheet metal panel and you will see two high heat cut out breakers. They have a small red button in the center that resets the breaker. Push firmly and you should hear a click. If there is no click, check the unit for continuity. If it is open and the button push does not reset it, the unit may be fried. These breakers trip with high heat and will prevent both elements in an oven from heating. If the breaker is good, you'll have to test the leads to each element and then trace the dead lead to the problem.
