Question about Microsoft Outlook Express
RUNDLL Error loading c:Program FilesCommon FilesParetoLogicUUS2UUS.dll Everyday I get this message. The sender of E-mails sent to me are getting a message that Delivery has failed even tho I receive them. I think it has something to do with an old AOL address that I switched from two years ago. I spoke with AOL customer service and they said they discontinued my account which had 8,000 e-mails in it upon my current request. It hasn't fixed the problem. Consequently, I am getting second and third e-mails from senders who believe the delivery failed. Have you ever encountered such a strange problem? Can it be fixed? How? Thank you, Trish
Hi the RUNDLL error mean a file is missing from the computer, you can fix this problem by using the system recovery disk or operating system disk and follow these steps: insert the operating system disk into the CD/DVD drive, restart the computer, press F12 and choose boot from CD save and exit. As the computer loading it will ask you to press any key to boot from CD, press any key, a blue screen will appear while its loading, when it get to the first set of options you will press enter to continue. when it get to the second set of options it will ask you to install the operating system or repair it, choose repair and follow the steps from there, once you choose repair, then computer will go through different stages. The next step is to enter the keys for the operating system the the computer will continue until it finish the repairs and this should solve the problem of missing files. But you should backup your files before doing this even though no file will be lost but its better to backup just in case something goes wrong. Backing up the file is always an important part of having a computer, you should also create a recovery CD and this can be done during the process of backing up your computer files. The back up files should be store on one or more DVDs and this along with the recovery CD should be store in a safe place and dry place. The purpose of the recovery CD is to repair damage or missing files from the computer and each computer require its own back up and recovery disk to repair the problem. And as for the email errors that is a problem which can only be fix by the email service provider, you should go to the troubleshooting area of the email provider website for example (yahoo or hotmail)and look for any solutions available.

The problem is with the account probably ...even if you seam to receive the email ...if the sender gets the message that the delivery failed it means that due to a receiving problem not all the packets was received and he gets the message that the email failed to be sent ...It is pretty obvious if you think a little ...they just do not have a valid location to arrive to ...so either make another email account or ..take action with the email provider and see whats wrong ...Try to get an email from another one and see if they work ..cause it may be just some kinda incompatibility or so ...or it may be from the sender that has a strange encoding that is not supported by your mail system ...
