Question about Kodak Digital Picture Frame
The frame must not have been properly reset. Please try to power off the picture frame and unplug the power cable from the power source. Remove the memory card or usb drive. Next plug in back the power cord and turn on the picture frame. This is the time you need to press the reset button at the back of the frame using any pointed object or paper clip.
This is a known issue on the Kodak Digital Picture frame models. If the above solution does not work, and if it still under warranty, i would suggest that you have it repaired to an authorized Kodak service center to save cost.
Please let me know how this goes. Thank you for using FixYa.
