Question about Minolta EP4000/5000 CS/PRO Copier
The pages are gray all over, and I can dimly see what I am trying to copy in the background. We recently moved the copier.
Try to turn off your copier and reseat the toner which is inside of your copier. You may refer to the manual how to remove the toner. There is a big possiblity that the toner is the main problem in this issue. The mere fact that there are gray display all over your pages, the toner does not respond well. If you know how to remove and reinsert back the toner, that would be great. Then make sure the paper is on the edge of the opening tray to be able to lift the paper and print it perfectly. That is sometimes caused by paper jams unless there is a problem mechanically with the rollers of your copier. If all else fails, pls refer to Minolta for immediate repair..
