Question about Cameras
This isn't much information to go on, but I'll try to get you started. The first thing that is usually required is to set the time dd/mm/yy. This is done by going into the menu (press the menu button), and then start selecting the data by using the arrow keys (top and bottom). When you finish one field, use the right arrow key to navigate to the next field. When you are done, press the Menu button to exit. Of course, make sure you have fresh batteries, or that they're charged. Then turn on the camera, and go into the Menu and select your options. Depending on the type of camera you have, the menu will vary, so refer to your manual if you get stuck. Good luck, and hope this gets you going.

Tips for a great answer:
Turn off the camera.
Remove the battery pack.
Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
Allow the camera to remain without power for 60 seconds.
Reinsert the battery pack.
Turn on the camera.
The blurry image capturing can also adjusted by changing the ISO Settings or the Scene Selection modes.
