Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
The best way is to make a disk image of your hard-drive. I use Acronis True Image Home 2010. With this software you can save an image of your hard-drive to a second hard-drive or DVD's. It will even do automatic backups of your entire hard-drive or just documents. What I recommend is do a full backup as soon as your PC is just the way you want it with all the programs you use. Then do monthly backups of your documents.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
