Toshiba Transistor 130G2 OCA error

Basically it is telling you that the inverter is bad. You can disconnect the output so there is only the power going to the inverter and see if it will come on with a no load situation but if it still fails, there is no fix other than to send it back to manufacturer.
Try this as your one and only "maybe":
Reset is press CLR and WRT at same time (I think).

I turn the power on push the ctrl button and push start, The unit turns on ready to start but does not start

Try reset first, If that does not resolve it, suspect the start switch as the culprit. You might be able to clean the contact surfaces with contact cleaner and rapid cycling of the switch.

When run comand is enable I get an error OC1. I disconnected the load and still get the same error. The inverter has been working fine for the last three years

Overcurrent on acceleration is what the code is supposed to be. There may be a capacitor failing in the finals of the output stage, or a resistor has shifted value..

How can i troubleshoot a transistor?

A transistor is a switching device. You can connect it with a bulb using wires and a power suppy along. You also need to be more specific as to what type of transitor do u have. as most of them have different characteristics.
