If you have an Internet connection that is slow or intermittent is can slow or stop the uploading updates.

Even with a fast connection it is a slow process so patience is essential. It can take 1 hour with a SONY BRAVIA TV.

Suggest you check your Internet connection, then if it is OK and still will not update or upload properly, call out your Internet provider engineer to check it properly.

Go to the Google play store and find your installed apps. Any app you have that has an available update will have a green update button under it. Or you can choose to update all. Make sure you have enough data gigs on your data plan before you update if you are not connected to Wi-Fi. Updates can use a lot of data sometimes. You can always force stop an app from the task manager on an android system. The next time you open it, it should pop up with the available update. Finally, you can always uninstall and reinstall. Your game progress will be saved if you have a login you are using, such as a connect to Facebook account. The latest version is always installed when you redownload an app.

Every time I try to play my xbox 360 console says I need an update to play the game. What is the update and where do I get it?

If you have xbox live and you are connected to the internet your xbox will prompt you to update your game/console. At this point you have to be connected to the internet. At this prompt it should give you the option to download and install the update. Choose this option and it will start automatically and finish in time. DO NOT TURN YOUR XBOX OFF. Once this is done you should be able to play the game and your console/game will be updated.

Bejeweled 3 loads.But it won't play. I Have windows 7 64bit. Bejeweled 2 no problems.

judging by the operating system you are running this shudn't be a problem but sometimes windows 7 has compatability issues. make sure that java is fully updated. you can check this by going on the website and downloading the latest java software.
if the game icon is on your desktop them right click and select troubleshoot compatibility and if that dont work right click and select run as administrator.
hope this helps

Trouble connecting to the internet on X-box ,Play station or WII ?

You can try to reduce the MTU settings on the router. if the MTU on the router is set to 1500 then change the MTU to 1365. Also you will need to open the ports on the router.

For WII port numbers are - 28910, 29900, 29901, 29920, 80, 443.

Click Here to know How to open the Ports on the router.

Won't download update to play Call of duty 5

I saw a previous post online for when game updates don't download. Check your "Network Settings" on your PS3. Make sure that the "media server" option is DISABLED. That should work

No display when loading game

I have had advice directly from SCE that updates should be done from a flash Drive and not directly from the internet connection on the system, as its quicker and more stable.
I have just had my unit crash on me, by updating first the PSStore update patch, which caused the original issue, then an update for RSV2 pretty much finished it off.

Get the game right in the first place!!!??

Call Sony Customer Support on 08705 99 88 77 (this is a UK number and always check here first for latest numbers: http://uk.playstation.com/contact-us/).
