Flashing amber and green when charging

I don't know your computer, have you read the Trouble Shooting chapter in its manual? You could try plugging the computer in and leaving it to charge for several hours; my notepad will not display if the battery is flat. Good luck!

Lcd display is not working

The LCD screen is not a "user-replaceable" part.
Take your computer, and its power-supply, to a qualified computer technician, for trouble-shooting and repair.

The display is dead it shows nothing but the background light though the operating system is working perfectly

There's nothing that you can do to repair this type of problem.

Instead, take the computer (and the power-supply) to a qualified technician, for proper trouble-shooting, disassembly of your laptop, replacement of either the "inverter" or the entire LCD screen.

Is your computer still under the manufacturer's warranty?

My laptop display turns pink in color. It becomes normal on its own sometimes. I connected to an external display and it is perfectly fine.

Two possibilities:
* malfunctioning video-adapter inside your computer;
* some of the "data" wires between the motherboard and the display are only working "intermittently".

If the latter, take the computer to a qualified technician, for disassembly and trouble-shooting and repair.

My toshiba satellite M305DS4829 screens blinks and turns white when I move it.

It's a loose "data" cable between the motherboard and the LCD display -- jiggle it, and it loses its connection.

Since this is not a "user-replaceable" part, take the computer to a qualified technician, for professional trouble-shooting and repair.

Computer automatically powers down with out warning

It could be overheating, and shutting itself down, to avoid heat-related damage.

Turn the computer off.
Disconnect the AC adapter.
Remove the battery.
Purchase a can of compressed air, and give your computer a "blow-job" -- shooting compressed air everywhere "inside" your laptop, to remove dust.

The dust is acting as an insulator, preventing your computer's fans from cooling itself.

Or, take your laptop to a qualified computer technician, for more trouble-shooting.
