Sony Ericsson's BT headset HBH 660 get switched off

When i am using my Sony Ericsson's BT headset HBH 660 in charging mode it is working well,
but as soon as it is charged and i am plugging it out of charger it switches off after some interval of time
Please tell me whats the main problem and what will be it cure
