Question about Shure SLX24/58 Wireless Microphone System with SM58 Cartridge Microphone
We are using a wireless sm58 mic and it was dropped. It will work but I have made it fail a couple times.
First determine whether during its failiure RF signal indicator on the receiver is on or off. If on ,check mic capsule or replace it then start using a magnifying glass to search the electronic board for possible "cold solder"joints.

Under which circumstances did it fail? Might be due to internal wiring getting loose or a damaged capsule after you have dropped it. Can you take it apart to confirm that?
