Question about Minolta EP1031/1031F CS/PRO Copier
My minolta CS/Pro 1031 doesn't want to work and display PC when I press start botton. I need your help to fix this problem.
Check your paper supply in the paper tray. PC means the machine thinks it has no paper or the paper did not feed. If making sure the paper is good and loaded properly does not solve the problem then pull out the tray completely and clean the rubber feed rollers inside of the port where the tray came out off. They should be about half way to the back and over to the right side. Most common cause of this problem is dirty/dusty feed rollers that are not pulling the paper up into the machine. Just wipe them down with glass cleaner of even a cloth dampened with water.
