Question about Snap Sights H20 Man MP3 Player
I loaded files onto the included disk. charged the player, inserted the disk, turned the unit on, but it won't recognise the files. Found out the files needed to be in mp3 format, got a converter but the player still won't recognise files. This is an H2o Man mp3 player if that helps.
thanks, Andy in TX
What format are the songs you are trying to upload onto the player? They must be in MP3 or WMA format. If you uploaded them from itunes please go to the Intova website www.intova.net and click support/manuals tab for instructions on how to convert your songs to the proper MP3 format. If you have further questions, please call us at (808) 837-0074 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
