Question about Frigidaire GLTF2940ES Front Load Washer
HI. This will , essentially, be the result of a failed belt. You drive belt has failed(broken or slipped of the main pulley). There is an access panel on the rear of the unit. Once the outer edge panel screws are removed, you will be able to access the belt/pulley area. If the belt has simply slipped off, carefully re apply it around the pulley, however, if the belt has been severed, this will require you to replace the broken belt.
Re applying or replacing the belt will correct this issue.

Hello Cheryl Watson - Not quite sure I understand the issue. If the unit is filling with water and draining immediately, with no tub rotation or movement, more than likely there is a failure with the motor circuit (i.e. the motor, motor control board, belt, wiring or door switch). Consult a professional for an accurate diagnosis and to assist with the repairs.
