Mode button only switches from radio to dvd (by 2 users)

i have a tview dvd799ts-bl the touchscreen doesn't work and the mode button doesn't switch to gps or bluetooth anymore. i've only had it 2 days. cannot find a reset button can you help phone# 8706362567

doesnt play any cds or dvds says error disc on every disc i put in
