When downloading the disc for my hp officejet pro 8500 printer I am getting the following message.system does not meet one or more of the minimum requirements need to install this product. what do I have to do to rectify this problem. ros

Here are some steps can help you.
Use only New Original HP ink
Restart the printer
Rreseat the ink cartridges
Update the firmware, download it from the link, make sure that you choose the correct operating system, and follow the on-screen instruction.
Check the ink levels, click Start , click All Programs, click HP ,click HP Solution Center, click Settings , click Printer Settings , click Printer Toolbox, Click the Estimated Ink Levels tab, note which cartridge is low on or out of ink
Restart the printer.

Click "support and drivers"
Check "download drivers and software"
Enter your printer (officejet pro 8500" )and click the >>
Click the A909a
Select Win7 then "next"
Select your driver

I just bought Officejet Pro 8500 A909. Installed


first of all disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer
press and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds
reconnect the power cable turn onn the printer
if you still get the same mesage , follow the steps mentioned in the URL below
