I have a hole in my hollow garage door (not the actual car entrance door). It is an outside door. I want to know how to fix it.

If it is on the thin metal piece you will have to use a thin strip of metal like tin or something and either screw, rivet or liquid nail it on. If you were to provide more information you would get a much more detailed answer. Thanks BB

How do i fix a hole in my hollow core fake wood grain door?

I think the best way to fill in a whole is with plaster and then find a paint that matches the color as close as possible. To mimic the lines in the fake wood, find a paint brush that has similar bristle structure. Good luck!

Cant get into garage.neither opener will work and keypad just blinks over and over when i try to change code or use current code

You cannot change the code on the keypad without first entering the garage. Sounds to me like the receiver has quit working. It is a part of the logic board. If the large door is the only entrance to the garage you will have to call a door company. They can get you in by drilling a hole in the door and using a special tool to pull the manual release.

We are having intermittent problems with our 2 garage doors opening. All three remotes as well as the outside door mounted opener, are having a problem with opening the two different garage doors. This...

sounds like condensation in the receiver window of the garage unit rather than the remotes. Try running a hair dryer over the area where the signal is received to get rid of any moisture and try using the remote from across the road or at the drive entrance.to check your success

There have been a few complaints about this on some of the other forums and the seals arn;t all that good

Somehow my garage door Sensors (at the bottom of door opening) had debris which caused the Sears Door to go down and then go back up. I carefully removed the debris and now the door is stuck in the down...

There isn't a way to bypass the remote. If you call out a door technician he can drill a hole in the door and use a tool to pull the release handle. They can then install an emergency release using the hole they drilled. This will prevent the problem you are having in the future which is not as uncommon as it may seem Every time you have a power outage you are unable to get into your garage.

Remote will not operate garage door opener from outside garage

Will the remotes work in the garage? If yes but not outside with the door closed you might have radio interferace with your remotes. You might have to chage to a your reciever and remotes to a different brand (frequency). Sometimes it is less trouble to change out the operator. Chamerlain changed frequency from 390 (old) to 315 (new).

Craftsman garage door keypad

The blinking on your keypad simply means that a code of some sort was sent. Whether it be the right on or not. Lets try to reprogram the unit. Press the colored learn button on the motor head and then within 30 seconds enter in the 4 digit code followed by the up/down action button. The light bulb should flash to let you know it has been accepted. Wait 5 minutes and try. If it does not work replace the keypad.
