Question about HP Deskjet D2660 All-In-One InkJet Color Printer
If it is a brand new printer and you are using the host cartridges that came with the printer, then you may face this issue.
You need to try with another set of cartridge.
HP 60 Black Ink Cartridge : part no. CC640WN#140
HP 60 Tricolor Ink Cartridge : part no. CC643WN#140
You may place an order directly from HP ( 1-888-897-8561 OR http://www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/shopping/home.do
After you recv the cartridges, clean inside the printer with a lint free cloth or coffee filter, remove all tapes from the new cartridges.
Install the cartridges and this should resolve your problem.
However if this does not solve the problem, call 1 800 474 6836 for troubleshooting and/or replacement.
