One of the ionizing wires broke on my GP SI730, is there parts still available to replace this. I purchased this air purifier in 2003 and would like to repair if possible.

Parts for this unit, including the filter are not on sale anymore, as all Ionic Breeze models had been retired from commerce because of health and safety concerns.

No company will manufacture or distribute parts for this kind of Air Purifier. The units had been retired from commerce.

Sharper image had been closed down because of the concerns linked to ionic breezer purifier.

Spare parts are not manufactured or distributed anymore.

Someone purchased SI name and reopened the company, but they do not manufacture or provide support for their original appliances. They distribute and manufacture only new products.

The only way to find a replacement filter is finding the same model on Ebay for spares....If I was in your shoes I would better get rid of your old Sharper Image , and get a different kind of air purifier.
